If you or the people on your membership experience difficulties accessing the E-Learning here are some recommendations:

  • Use Chrome as a browser when accessing the e-learning
  • Clear your cache, if you have difficult connecting to your membership.
  • Be sure have a strong internet connection when on the e-learning.
  • Try another device.
  • If you are a member on a Clinician membership, be sure you are still connected.
  • Be sure you are using the correct User Id and password associated with the account.

Note: Currently there is a problem with some users completing practice exercises and the progress is not recorded by the check marks or badges after passing the quizzes. Rest assured, the system is recording your results, but for some reason they are not consistently getting posted on your Course Page. Please email me asap when if you experience this problem and we can be sure your progress is restored as soon as this problem is corrected.
